Recent Accomplishments Make Fall 2011 an Exciting Season for JC Power

With the fall season in full swing, JC Power is celebrating an impressive list of recent accomplishments, including the launch of new, dynamic websites for the Department of Psychiatry at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, as well as ProMarketing Inc. Online marketing has grown significantly, as JC Power has crafted several strategic online marketing campaigns for ProMarketing Incorporated, Tuscan Bedstone, Game-On Sports Conditioners, and DryAsh™. Each marketing campaign was crafted to meet the strategic sales and marketing needs of our clients, and thus far, have consistently delivered effective, measurable results.

JC Power Convenes Campaign Workshop for Candidates in Summit County

JC Power was recently asked to present before a slate of Council candidates in Summit County on the general aspects of conducting campaigns for the coming November elections. The presentation, entitled “5 Things Every Campaign Should Consider,” was delivered to a series of candidates and their respective campaign staffers in August.Jim Crooks

“Campaigns are a communication process, are endeavors in organization in planning… and are fun,” said Jim Crooks. The session, which lasted approximately two hours draws on the near 10 years experience Crooks and JC Power has in providing strategic campaign direction to candidates and issues.

Half Way Mark in 2011 Prompts Continued Excitement for JC Power

With the halfway point approaching for the year 2011, JC Power continues to pursue its aim for the year of ‘getting things accomplished for its clients. Period.’ In the last month alone, JC Power has successfully helped the following entities brand its corporate image, including CrossFit, BiteMe Baked Goods and ProMarketing. Additionally, JC Power has helped to produce a full length video animation for environmental services giant, Veolia Environmental Services. Social networking has elevated in its importance to JC Power’s clients as well, where our team has successfully helped Citizens for Garfield Heights and DryAsh launch and regularly update FACEBOOK accounts. JC Power Celebrates Recent Accomplishments

Over the course of the last 30 days, JC Power has accomplished a strong list of small milestones which translate into huge victories. Included in the list of accomplishments is the completion of a fresh, new Web site for ProMarketing Incorporated (PMI). In addition, the Independence Historical Society launched its new Web site at a recent meeting, which was created and donated by JC Power at little cost to the organization. Finally, JC Power’s organized and strategic campaign management services helped the Garfield Heights City Schools pass a renewal levy despite a challenging political environment. Promotional Efforts Help Make Connections Cleveland Event a Success

JC Power recently completed a comprehensive promotions effort for Connections Cleveland, one of Northeast Ohio’s largest behavioral healthcare providers. The jim crooksannual year-end event took place on October 7, 2010, at the Beachwood Hilton, and required the JC Power team to create promotional efforts including the design of event invitations and the agency’s annual report, as well as the creation of a video tribute for the retiring president and chief executive officer. The event featured nearly 250 invitees and some of the most notable names in the mental health agency in Northeast Ohio. JC Power is proud to have played a key role in helping Connections Cleveland make the event a success.

Nationally Recognized Medical Institution Selects JC Power for Web Re-Design Efforts

JC Power recently began work on re-designing the web site for the Department of Psychiatry at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. In 2010, the prestigious medical institution was nationally ranked in seven adult and pediatric specialty categories by U.S. News and World Report. In addition to providing advanced medical care, UHCMC also features clinical research programs, as well as a nationally respected medical education program, conducted in partnership with Case Western Reserve University. The newly re-designed web site will allow patients, physicians and clinical staff, and medical students to easily access important information concerning the world-class services offered by UHCMC. Recent Brand Designs Enhances Clients’ Identities
The first half of 2010 has proved to be significant for JC Power in the area of product branding services. Altogether, several major branding projects have been initiated and completed, including two major brand designs for Veolia Environmental Services, the world’s largest environmental services company. The first project involved the creation of the Dry Ash™ logo, which is featured on the newly designed Web site, and can be viewed here. Branding design services were also utilized for The Gator™, a revolutionary new way to clean above ground storage tanks and offered exclusively by Veolia Environmental Services. In addition, new brands were created for Cameratta Companies, a major player in real estate development and asset management for nearly 40 years in Northeast Ohio and Florida, as well as Tuscan Bedstone, an attractive, longer lasting alternative to mulch. JC Power Propels Candidates to Victory

JC Power continues to establish itself as one of the premier companies in the field of political communications, with the electoral success of three candidates in Ohio, on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. The candidates mentioned below utilized the expertise of JC Power in the areas of campaign strategy and literature design.

JC Power Chief Strategist Jim Crooks was re-elected to an impressive third term as Councilman for the City of Independence. In a close, competitive race in Broadview-Heights, Joe Price was awarded one of three Council-At-Large seats. Finally, Eastlake Mayor Ted Andrzejewski was elected by the city’s voters for a second full term.

JC Power Invited to Speak at Fall Conference of Association of Mayor’s Court Clerks of Ohio
JC Power Strategic Communications was recently invited to speak at the Fall Conference of the Association of Mayor’s Court Clerks of Ohio. Founded in 1992, the mission of the Association of Mayor’s Court Clerks of Ohio includes continuing education for court personnel, promoting efficiency and high organizational standards, as well as fostering “unity and understanding” with other court associated organizations.  Over one-hundred individuals participated in the conference, which was held at the Embassy Suites in Dublin, OH.

The topic of JC Power’s presentation concerned how to effectively deal with the media.  Attendees were encouraged to not only understand the media, but to utilize specific strategies and prepare for common scenarios when interacting with members of the local and national media.  This proactive approach enables individuals to move beyond solely answering questions, to effectively delivering a positive message that is both clear and concise. The presentation concluded with a dynamic Q & A session in which several members of the audience shared personal experiences of dealing with the media, highlighting the importance of understanding and implementing an effective communication strategy.

Cleveland Mayoral Candidate Robert Kilo retains JC Power for General Campaign and Creative Strategy

It’s official! Robert Kilo is a candidate for the five-candidate primary election for Cleveland Mayor. JC Power Strategic Communications was retained earlier this spring to perform voter behavior analysis and to then map out the strategy by which Team Kilo would pursue the required 3,000 signatures to get onto the ballot. In its official capacity as “campaign strategist,” JC Power helped guide the efforts for volunteers to obtain these signatures, and also played a significant role in the development of the campaign brand, messaging and literature development for the first phase of the campaign. Cleveland’s mayoral primary is slated for September 8, 2009.
