New Product. New Brand.
In the fall season of 2009, distributors of aggregate material in Northeast Ohio approached JC Power for its help in branding and creating a new marketing mix for an enhanced outdoor, aggregate material for commercial and residential use. Without a name, or even a look-and-feel, for the product itself, design and development work quickly began to shape a visual component for what was essentially refined aggregate material to take the place of mulch in landscape beds.
The name, look-and-feel and communications mix needed to reflect the type of clientele the distributors intended to target. This product was not for your average homeowner. Instead, Tuscan Bedstone, became an alternative for residential and commercial landscape use, as a product that would enhance and beautify bed lines and landscape designs.
With JC Power, Tuscan Bedstone is Finding Its Place in the Market…
JC Power ultimately developed the brand, messaging and complete marketing mix for Tuscan Bedstone. Included in that mix was web design, marketing collateral development and a targeted direct mail campaign to various audiences in more than 6 states.
Today, Tuscan Bedstone can be seen in residential landscape designs and large-scale commercial developments. It’s even been featured in landscape designs in tradeshows throughout the Midwest. JC Power helped to name the product, develop its look-and-feel and push it into the market place with an effective visual and marketing appeal.
